About Chef Clarke

I can make Toques in almost any color or pattern.

Chef Clarke graduated from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and holds an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Former Chef at popular Daytona restaurants, Chef Clarke went on to work at the Homestead Hotel and Williamburg Inn in Virginia. He also owned a fine dining bed and breakfast in the Catskills of New York for more than 12 years.
